Father’s Day Giveaway : 8 Steps To A Pain-Free Back
GIVEAWAY CLOSED!

While we all love Dad, we don’t always love hearing him complain of that nagging, constant pain in the back. This Father’s Day, give Dad a gift he can really put to use, instead of another tie that will end up in the back of the closet – give the gift of the Gokhale Method to eliminate back pain for good – without pills, surgery or doctors visits.
Dad isn’t alone if he suffers from a painful back: nearly 90% of American adults suffer from back pain, and the number continues to climb. Fortunately, Esther Gokhale traveled to parts of the world where back pain is rare in order to find the root cause of back pain. Through studying cultures in Brazil, Portugal and Burkina Faso, Esther discovered that the reason Americans have a lot of back pain is because we have lost sight of our kinesthetic traditions.
WIN IT : 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back outlines simple ways to change how we stand, sit, walk, lift and sleep to eliminate pain for good. The method is simple and can be followed by anyone to make a substantive change to their life. The book is also very visual and easy to follow. You can win a copy for dad this Father’s Day as we are giving away a copy each to TWO lucky readers. To enter for a chance to win, here’s what you need to do:

There are eight lessons that cover stretch sitting, stretch lying, stack sitting, stretch lying on your side, using your inner corset, tall standing, hip hinging, and glide walking. Lessons are separated into three sections: background information and importance, step-by-step instruction, and indication of improvement with troubleshooting. Pictures and diagrams demonstrating proper and improper posture assist the reader in understanding and achieving the correct posture. A glossary and anatomy diagrams round out this reference.

Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful contest! I would love to win this for my father because he is extremely hard working and always has back pain. A fact about the Gokhale Method is that it eliminates all back pain by reestablishing your body’s structure.
Thank you once again and hope to hear from you soon!

By using the Gokhale Method You will learn to sit, sleep, stand, walk, and bend in ways that protect and strengthen your bones and muscles, in ways for which the body was designed.
I know this would help my husband, who has been suffering from back pain all week!
