We’re finally open for submission of applications from all bloggers (US, Canada, UK, International) to join our PR Team for Year 2010. Please take a little time to read the details below before you submit your application. Existing reviewers ~ are you still on our list? If you’re still receiving opportunities, you are. If you’re not, you must know why.
First off, a short intro about Parent Reviewers. Essentially managed by 2 women, Elina Ho, a FTWM to 2 kids and the founder of Parent Reviewers and Su Chin, SAHM to 3 kids and PR’s senior editor. We are proud to work with a strong team of contributing editors ~ Christine Brandt, Jenn Walden and Monica Brady. Parent Reviewers is a growing international community of review bloggers. Our key uniqueness lies in the fact that our review team comprises of bloggers from all over the world – Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Canada, Singapore and of course US of A.
When it comes to reviews, we are also more stringent as we want to stand out from our competitors and we also believe that it is our responsibility to deliver quality reviews to our global readers. Thus, we are searching for parent bloggers who can meet our very strict criteria which we have set below:
Quality Of Review
We want our reviewers that will reflect our professionalism. We will look into the quality of your posts and/or reviews and want to see more than a “Copy ‘N Paste’ work. We want to see the passion in whatever you write about. If you liked it, if you didn’t, why, what worked for you. You have to remember that, real people will google your posts and will make a decision on whether to buy that product/service based on your words.
Needless to say, bloggers with consistently high quality reviews will get selected for more review opportunities. And that goes hand-in-hand with bloggers that do not produce in-depth, personal reviews (read : “COPY ‘N PASTE”), they will be taken off the review team, with immediate effect. Responsibility of remaining on the Review Team is solely based on your ability to respond effectively and efficiently to us.
While we ask for honest review of products, services or websites, we would appreciate that you do not thrash them. Appropriate constructive feedback, not careless critiques. Be kind, afterall someone has put their heart and soul (not to mention a huge investment of $$$) into their business.
Timeliness is Godliness
When you work with us, we maintain strict timeframes. Why? To demonstrate to our sponsors how serious we are at when it comes to our deliverables. You will appreciate this fact, when the sponsors respond positively and continue working with us, on a long term. Which, in turns, benefits the review team. If you are unable to deliver a review post within the stipulated timeframe, we just respectfully request for the common courtesy to update us via email. Our hardworking and very understanding email servers work 24/7, 365 days.

We constantly work very hard to procure opportunities to review great products. Selecting you to review a product, will depend on you. Your work. Your words. Your professionalism. Once we see all this shine in your blog(s), such opportunities will come your way.
