Ok folks, you’re reading this, so obviously, you must be interested! We’re finally open for submission of applications from US based bloggers to join our PR Team for Year 2009.  Please take a little time to read the details below before you submit your application.

First off, just a little about Parent Reviewers – My name is Elina Ho, a FTWM to 2 kids and the founder of Parent Reviewers. We are a small community of review bloggers and cannot be compared to established networks like Mom Central, BlogHer, PBN, etc….you get the idea However, what makes us different from these networks are, our members comprise of bloggers from around the globe – Australia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Canada, Singapore and of course US of A.

When it comes to reviews, we are also more stringent as we want to stand out from our competitors and we also believe that it is our responsibility to deliver quality reviews to our sponsors. Thus, we are searching for parent bloggers who can meet the criterias which we have set below:

a) Timely delivery of post – A MUST!

Each Blog Tour is sent via email and normally runs for 4 days. Reviewers MUST post their reviews up on their blogs and submit the post url to me within those timeframe.

Exceptions – Being a mom myself, I can understand that there are times when emergency matters crop up, i.e. you are sick, kids are sick, hubby is sick and wants you to baby him – Boy! don’t I know that, but if there is a delay of submission, I will require an email justification. As long as it is justifiable, I am fine with it. However, this should not happen regularly.

b) Ability To Follow Instructions

If you are sent an offer, please read the requirements CAREFULLY. I can never overemphasize on this as I have sent out many offers with requirements like “Please state briefly why you are interested to review this product” and some answers I get are like “I want! I want!” or “I’m Interested!” or “Count Me In”. Rather than get annoyed with these people, all I do with the mail is click “Send To Trash”. Woot! The blogger concerned automatically gets disqualified. Believe me, it’s lots of FUN and makes the whole selection process easier.

c) Quality Of Review

At the very minimum, you must follow the number of word count, links and keywords required. Our quality reviewers DO NOT post blurbs just to fulfill the minimum word count but their reviews are normally detailed and you can feel the passion that they put into writing their posts. While we ask for an honest review of products, services or websites, we would appreciate that you do not thrash them. Be kind, afterall someone has put their heart and soul (not to mention a huge investment of $$$) into their business.

Needless to say, bloggers with consistent high quality reviews will get selected for more offers.

d) Not Following Requirements and Not Replying My Emails – BIG MISTAKE!

I have members (now EX-members) who have actually received the products for review, do not post their reviews and do not even bother to reply my emails. Tust me, that will only happen ONCE! We can live with one blogger less and no notice of termination will be sent. You will simply be excluded from our mailing list. Period.

e) Don’t Bitc* If You Don’t Get Selected For Offers

Our members are many compared to the number of product review offers available. We try our best to accommodate everyone so, please be patient. Sending me hate mails will not get you any attention but will probably get you the boot!

f) If You Are Accepted, Subscribing To Parent Reviewers, Registering In Our Forum and Listing Your Blogs In Our Directory Is Compulsory and Required To Be Done Within 7 Working Days From The Date Of Approval.

Now, if you find the above requirements too harsh, you can just send my post to your trash Thank you very much.
